Vintage Rocawear vest sewn onto front and back. Zipper remains functional. 1 of 1

I purchased this Rocawear vest thinking it would fit me. My eyes must have glossed over the part with the measurements. To my surprise when it arrived, the vest was astronomically small and could not fit over my arm. I’m unsure if it was originally intended for a child or a small dog. Either way, it was not made for me.
